With nearly thirty years of professional architectural and planning expertise, Mark Pettit has extensive experience in Southern California. Project types include land use master planning, low and high-rise residential, including senior/family affordable housing and support facilities, health care buildings, educational facilities, industrial facilities, fire stations, and restaurant franchise facilities design. Mr. Pettit has extensive expertise and experience in office and retail shell design, tenant improvements, and contract administration. He has been involved in various planning committees, and is an expert in local agency processing. Among many projects he secured all permits for a local convent, several affordable housing projects in Southern California, and a high-tech corporate center.
